Wayne J. Menz
Wayne J. Menz is a founding partner at Menz and Luxenberg, Esq. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in 1984 and he is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American, New Jersey State, and Middlesex County Bar Associations.
Married with two children, Wayne is active in the community. He is a past Grand Knight with the Saint Augustine of Canterbury Council No. 6345, Knights of Columbus. Wayne has been and remains actively involved with the Boy Scouts of America program, both on a local basis, in Pack 98 and Troop 888, and on a District and Council level. He has received the District Award of Merit and the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America.

Scott J. Luxenberg
Scott J. Luxenberg is a partner at Menz and Luxenberg, Esq. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1984. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association and the New Jersey Trial Association.
Scott has also been very active in the community. He was Board President of Society Hill Condominium Association in Franklin Park, New Jersey from 1986 through 1991. Since 1993, when he moved to East Brunswick, he was also very involved in that community as well. From 1994 through 2003, he was a Board member of the East Brunswick Education Foundation. In 2003, he was appointed to fill a position on the East Brunswick Board of Education. He was elected to serve a three year term in 2003 and served on the Board of Education through 2010 as the Vice President and the Chair of the Finance Committee. Scott has also been very active in the Boy Scouts of America. He served as a committee member of Cub Scout Pack 61 in East Brunswick and is currently a committee member of Boy Scout Troop 223.
